BILLY BOWIE

Billy Bowie has resided in Dallas his entire life. He has a deep passion for The 24, the Residents, and people in recovery. He has a long history with Dallas 24 Hour Club and the recovery community. After successfully graduating from The 24, Billy went on to become the first Tillman House Liaison. His leadership skills and dedication to the Residents did not go unnoticed. Billy came on staff in early 2022 as Program Manager.

Billy spends his time being an advocate and mentor for those in recovery. He works to be of service to those around him and enjoys working with new men and women in recovery. One of his favorite things is to watch a new Resident come into The 24, find recovery and begin a new life.
