Harry Ingram, Assistant Public Defender, works for the Dallas County Public Defender’s Office. He was raised in Washington D.C. and attended Dartmouth College. He later received his MBA and Law Degrees from SMU.

As a public defender, he has worked with many clients who have experience substance abuse in addition to mental illness. He now works exclusively with mentally ill defendants charged with misdemeanor and felony offenses. His profession and personal experience with recovery gives him a unique perspective on the board. In his free time, Harry likes to travel and fish.
