Michael Young, Chairman, is President of Quadrant Capital Partners, Inc., a private investment and advisory firm, which he founded in November 2003. From January 1994 to October 2003, Mr. Young served as Managing Director and Global Head of Real Estate for CIBC World Markets. He has been Trustee of SmartCentres REIT (TSX) since November 2003 and currently serves as Lead Independent Trustee. Michael was born in Windsor, Ontario Canada and moved to Dallas in 1976. He holds a Bachelors degree from the University of Western Ontario. He is a member of Canada’s Sports Hall of Fame.

Michael currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Dallas 24 Hour Club. He is an active member of the recovery community in Dallas. In 2016, he chaired a successful capital campaign for The 24 to build the new facility and has remained committed to the mission of The 24 ever since.
