Rick began working in the addiction treatment industry in 2002 and has significant experience in multiple aspects of treatment administration, including admissions, utilization review, marketing, referral relations, and business development. He currently serves as a board member for the National Association of Addiction Treatment Providers, C4 Recovery Solutions, Dallas-Fort Worth Behavioral Health Symposium and Dallas 24 Hour Club. Rick is also a member of the Texas Association of Addiction Professionals and the National Association for Alcoholism and Drug Abuse Counselors. He became a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor Intern in 2013 and has received training as an interventionist in several models of structured family intervention.
Rick also brings a strong background in finance and real estate, which includes many years ‎as an executive in commercial banking and real estate lending for one of Texas’s largest independent bank holding companies.
