GAVIN DELAHUNTY

Vice Chair

Gavin Delahunty is an art historian, writer, and curator specializing in modern and contemporary art. He has held senior curatorial roles at the Dallas Museum of Art, Tate Liverpool, and the Middlesbrough Institute of Modern Art, organizing more than forty exhibitions and contributing extensively to the field through essays, articles, and publications on twentieth- and twenty-first-century art.

Delahunty became involved with the Dallas 24 Hour Club in 2020, first serving on its Advisory Council before joining the Board of Directors as Vice Chairman in 2023 and Chairman since 2026. He led Art for Tillman, a project that brought more than forty works of art to Tillman House and resulted in the accompanying booklet A Path Is Made by Walking on It. He later oversaw the installation of two major site-specific works for Trevor’s Place, the organization’s newest building.

An avid marathon runner, cyclist, triathlete, and hiker, Delahunty lives in Dallas with his wife and two sons, who inspire him daily.
