TIM GRIGSBY

Tim Grigsby is a seasoned nonprofit leader with more than 10 years of experience in Sober Transitional Living. He has served as CEO of The Dallas 24 Hour Club (The 24) since 2023, following his role as Chief Operating Officer. Tim specializes in program development, team leadership, financial oversight, and using data to drive meaningful outcomes.

What sets Tim apart is his personal journey with The 24. In 2012, he arrived as a resident seeking recovery. During his stay, he found sobriety, discovered a new purpose, and began building a career in service. He held roles as Resident Liaison and Program Manager before moving into executive leadership. His lived experience continues to shape his compassionate, mission-driven approach.

With the support of The 24, Tim earned his Bachelor’s degree in Applied Arts and Sciences with a focus on Organizational Development from the University of North Texas in 2017. He remains inspired daily by the residents and is committed to ensuring they have the tools, support, and structure to rebuild their lives—one day at a time.

A native of Dallas and graduate of Highland Park High School, Tim is also active in the community as an Assistant Scoutmaster with his son Cayden's Scouting America troop. He enjoys time outdoors, disc golf, reading, and sharing life with his fiancée, Heather Nolan, who also volunteers at The 24.
