Marsha Williamson’s journey with The 24 began in 2012 when she assumed the role of CEO. Under her leadership, The 24 experienced a remarkable period of growth and transformation. Marsha's compassionate approach and steadfast dedication to our mission have left an indelible mark on the organization. Her commitment to providing a safe and supportive environment for individuals seeking recovery has been a beacon of hope for countless Residents.
During her tenure, Marsha spearheaded numerous initiatives that enhanced the quality of services offered, including the expansion of housing facilities and the implementation of comprehensive recovery programs. Her visionary leadership has laid a strong foundation for The 24's continued success and impact in the community.
Michael Young: Guiding Vision and Strategic Direction
As Chairman of the Board and a board member for the past 10 years, Michael Young has been instrumental in steering The 24 through pivotal moments of growth and change. His strategic vision and governance have been vital in navigating challenges and seizing opportunities that have propelled the organization forward.
Michael's leadership was particularly crucial during the launch of the Capital Campaign for Trevor’s Place, a transformative project aimed at expanding our services and reach. His ability to unite stakeholders, secure resources, and maintain focus on the mission has been a testament to his dedication and effectiveness as a leader.

This award will always be treasured by me and my family."

"Having served on the Board of The 24 for the past 10 years, I’m deeply honored to be a co-recipient of the David Elliott ‘Service to Others’ Award along with Marsha Williamson. The Dallas 24 Hour Club has been an integral part of the recovery community in North Texas for over 50 years, helping thousands of men and women break the bonds of addiction, reconnect with their families, and become productive members of society.
